Leads & engagement

Conversations that turn into contacts

A support chat is also the least annoying lead form you will ever put on a website: it asks at the moment someone is already talking to you.

Who this is forService businesses whose contact form nobody fills in, and anyone who loses enquiries outside office hours.

  • Ask at the right moment — before the chat, after a few messages, on buying intent, or on exit intent.
  • Fields you choose — name, email, phone, message, each optional or required, with your own labels.
  • Quick replies — tappable starter questions that get a hesitant visitor talking.
  • Ratings and CSAT — thumbs on every answer plus an end-of-chat score, so you know whether it is actually helping.
  • Export — leads and conversations to CSV whenever you want them.

Spam does not get through

A hidden honeypot field and a signed minimum-think-time token stop automated submissions, on top of per-session and per-IP rate limits. No CAPTCHA, no friction for real people.

Everything stays yours

Leads live in your WordPress database next to the conversation that produced them, so you can see what someone asked before they left their number.

Questions

Questions

Does it work with my CRM?

Leads are stored in WordPress and exportable as CSV. A developer can hook into the save action to push them anywhere.

Will the lead form annoy people?

It is off by default, shows once per visitor, and can be limited to the moments you choose.

Put it on your site this week

  1. Download and install. Upload it under Plugins → Add New, like any other plugin.
  2. Start the trial. The setup wizard asks for an email; the answers run on our AI while you decide.
