What the plugin costs
Every plan has every feature. No message limits, no visitor limits, no locked retrieval, and the “powered by” credit is off unless you switch it on. The tiers differ in one thing: how many sites you may activate on. Billed monthly, yearly or once — never per message — and every plan opens with the 7-day free trial.

Monthly, yearly or one-off? Monthly ($6.99 / $27.99 / $55.99 a month by plan size) is for finishing what the free trial started — keep paying month to month for as long as you are still deciding. Yearly ($49 / $199 / $399 a year) is the sensible default and much cheaper per month. The one-off ($179 / $699 / $1399) is about four years of the yearly price, and then it never renews. Either way the plugin keeps working if you stop paying — you stop receiving new versions, not the software.
Every plan carries a 14-day refund: if it does not do what this website says it does, you get the whole amount back. Tell us what went wrong first — it is usually something we can fix in a few minutes.

What the AI will actually cost you — about $0.20 per 500 questions
You pay the AI provider directly, so this is theirs, not ours. A rough estimate for a normal support chatbot, assuming a quarter of questions are repeats served free from the cache:

What it needs
WordPress 6.0 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer
That is the whole list. No Node, no external service, no separate database, nothing to install on a server. It runs on ordinary shared hosting, and both versions are well below what any current host gives you.
An account with one AI provider
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI or OpenRouter. You create the key and they bill you directly, at their normal rates — there is no per-message fee from us and no cap on conversations.
Updates arrive like any other plugin
From version 1.53 the plugin checks its own update channel and offers new releases on your Plugins screen. Only the first install is a manual upload, and a site can be opted out of update checks entirely.
Multisite: per-site, not network-wide
The plugin is built and tested for single-site installs. On a multisite network it can be activated per site — each site keeps its own knowledge base, settings and API keys — but network activation is not supported or tested.

What does it cost?

That is the price of the software itself: every feature is in every plan, and the plans differ only in how many sites you may install on. What happens when my year runs out?
The plugin keeps working. It is GPL software installed on your own server — nothing phones home, nothing switches off, and no nag appears in front of your visitors. What stops is new versions and support, until you renew.
What does the one-off price include?
Every future version, with no renewal. It is four years of the yearly price, so it pays for itself if you keep the site that long. Support is by email either way, and we have never metered it.
Is there a free version or a trial?
There is a 7-day free trial on every plan: install the plugin, start the trial from its setup wizard, and the answers run on our AI while you decide — no card and no AI account needed. There is no free version yet. And every plan carries a 14-day refund, so buying it is also a safe way to try it.
Does a staging or development copy count as a site?
No. A staging, local or rebuilt copy of a site you have already licensed is the same site. The count is about live sites serving real visitors.
Can I move a licence to a different site?
Yes. If a client leaves or a site is retired, the slot goes back into your plan — it is tied to the number of sites you run, not to the domains you named first.
How do I upgrade from one plan to another?
Write to us and we invoice the difference. You do not reinstall anything: the plugin is identical on every plan, and the plan is only about how many sites you may put it on.
VAT and invoices?
Prices exclude VAT. What is added depends on where you are and whether you have a VAT number; you get a proper invoice, and we can send a pro-forma first if your finance department needs one.
How do I actually buy it right now?
Checkout is still being set up, so this part is manual and fast: tell us which plan on the contact form, we invoice you, and you get the plugin plus every update from its own update channel on your Plugins screen.
