The agreement covering the purchase and use of ChatFlint.

Licence

A purchase grants a non-exclusive licence to install the plugin on the number of sites stated in the plan, with updates and support for the stated period. The plugin is GPL-licensed software; the licence governs updates and support, not your right to use the code.

What you are responsible for

Your own AI provider account and its costs, the accuracy of the content you index, and the lawfulness of how you use the assistant with your visitors, including any disclosure your jurisdiction requires.

What we are responsible for

Delivering the software as described, and fixing defects. AI-generated answers are probabilistic: we do not warrant that every answer is correct, and liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Support

Email support for the licence period, in English or Dutch, normally answered within one working day.
