The ChatFlint menu has five items, and every setting in the plugin sits in a tab inside one of them. If you know what the setting is called, type it into the search box at the top of this sidebar. If you only know roughly what you want to change, the tables below are the map.
Settings
Eight tabs. This is where everything that is not appearance lives.

Inbox
One screen for everything a person might be waiting on, with a badge in the menu when something is. Conversations and their transcripts, live handoff chats, captured leads, and erasure requests.

Dashboard
The landing screen: the setup checklist while you are still setting up, then the numbers. Conversations, messages, ratings, the most-asked topics, how conversations ended, spend per model, and the shopping funnel if you sell.

Three screens are reached from links on the Dashboard rather than from the menu.
