Two separate settings under Settings → AI Behavior, often confused.
Persona
A free-text description of personality and tone: its name, how formal it is, how it should sound. It shapes style, not facts. Leave it empty for a neutral, friendly default.
Answer voice
The grammatical person of every reply. Set it explicitly rather than leaving it on Follow the content:
- As the business — “we offer…”. For companies and teams.
- As the owner — “I offer…”. For freelancers and one-person businesses.
- As an assistant — “they offer…”, using your business name. A neutral helper.
Pages, blog posts and Q&A pairs are usually written in different voices, so without this setting one reply can switch between “I”, “we” and your own name in three sentences. Setting it forces the model to restate sources in your chosen voice.
