Your phone number, email, address, opening hours and similar details are entered once under Settings → AI Behavior → Business Facts. They are injected into every answer as authoritative, and they override anything stale sitting on an old page.
Why this exists
Old contact details linger in website footers, PDFs and blog posts for years. Without this panel the bot happily quotes a phone number you stopped using in 2019, because the page it came from is still online.
Changing a business fact clears the answer cache for affected answers, so an old cached reply with the old email is never served afterwards.
