Preview as the bot sees it
Every synced item has a preview showing the extracted text. If a page looks empty or mangled here, the extraction failed and no amount of prompt tuning will fix the answers from it.
Duplicate and overlap scanner
Finds entries that say nearly the same thing. Overlapping content makes retrieval worse, because several near-identical passages crowd out the variety the model needs. Delete the weaker copy.
Stale facts
When a page is re-indexed and a detail it used to state has disappeared — a phone number, a price — you get a notice. Usually the page changed on purpose. Occasionally it means an extraction broke.
