Where it is: Settings → AI Behavior → Conversation Ratings. The thumbs under each answer are always on and have no setting.
- Per answer — a quiet thumbs up/down under each reply. A thumbs-down logs that specific question as a gap and offers to tell you more or reach a human.
- Per conversation — an optional satisfaction prompt after a set number of messages.
Both appear on the Dashboard. The per-answer ones are the more useful signal, because they point at a specific question you can fix.
