Once an API key is saved the widget appears automatically in the bottom corner of every page. Everything below is about narrowing or moving it.
Floating widget
The default. Position, size, colour and shape are under Design. Use Design → Placement & Visibility to show it everywhere, exclude a few pages, or restrict it to a set of pages.
Inside a page
To place the chat in the content of a page — a support page, for example — use the ChatFlint block, or the shortcode
. The inline chat is always open, shares the same conversation as the floating widget, and suppresses the floating one on that page so there are not two.
A button that opens it
The shortcode renders the normal floating widget on a specific page even when your display rules would hide it there.
