The launcher, the window and mobile

Where it is: Design → Launcher & Window, with the live preview beside it — every change here shows in the panel before you save.

What each setting does

Notes

  • On phones the chat always uses the full width, whatever the desktop width says.
  • If a sticky header, cookie bar or popup covers the launcher, raise the z-index. That is the setting for it, and this is the tab it is on.
  • Visitors whose system asks for reduced motion get no animation, whatever is chosen here.
