Where it is: Settings → Privacy & Data → Remove all data on delete.
By default, deleting the plugin leaves your data alone — so a reinstall does not lose your knowledge base. If you want a complete removal, switch on Remove all data on delete in Settings first.
With it on, deleting the plugin drops every plugin table, option, transient and uploaded chat attachment. Scheduled tasks are always cleared either way.
