Under Settings → Leads & Support → Admin Notifications, choose email, Telegram, or both. Alerts fire when a handoff is requested and when a waiting visitor sends another message.
Alerts are debounced: a visitor typing five quick messages produces one notification, not five. The plugin also emails you if your AI provider starts failing, so a dead API key does not go unnoticed for a week.
